Your daily life

• Supporting project managers, mechanics and customers at the parts counter;
• Quickly find the right parts using computer tools;
• Conduct research with existing suppliers;
• Manage purchases according to min/max;
• Keep the parts department clean and organized;
• Participate in the annual inventory;
• Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer within the team;
• To actively contribute to the smooth running of the workshop;
• All other related tasks.

The desired profile

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a parts advisor;
• Excellent knowledge of heavy truck or transport vehicle parts;
• Must have functional English to respond to suppliers and customers;
• Comfortable with computers and integrated management systems;
• Autonomy, curiosity and a positive attitude;
• Good team spirit;
• Strong sense of customer service and empathy;
• Ability to take initiative.
